The 2021 CrossFit Games season kicked off last night with the announcement of 21.1. The Open is the first stage of a new format this year.
With Covid-19 the workouts will be designed to be more inclusive than ever; trying to allow people who are still at home without access to a gym to participate. So if you've been interested in doing the Open before or seeing what it is all about, this year might be the year for you!
