I used liquid chalk (1st time) during today’s HIIT. It held up for 35 minutes. I reapplied it during a short break so it didn’t really adhere the second time as I was a sweat ball at that point lol. Does anyone have any recommendations for liquid chalk brands? I'm a sweat ball when doing HIIT, but don't want to use traditional chalk for weights as it's a bit of a mess for my tiny garage gym. #HIIT
