Thinking of turning vegan. Here is my plan:
- Cut out red meat first.
- Eat just chicken and fish.
- Cut out chicken.
- Cut out fish.
- Begin to remove dairy products from by diet.
One of the things I am a bit confused about though is protein, I train and want to consume around 170g of protein per day. Bit unsure of where to get the quantity and also whether the type of protein when vegan is different than eating meat.
