I found this video very interesting. Basically it's better to focus on consistency over intensity in training. It kinda resonates with my attitude but I'm wondering what others thinks about this approach.

Interesting stuff! Les Mills classes are very focused on what they call 'time and attention' over anything else. I'll look further into this, nice find :D
