How's the weekend been for you? Did it pass quickly as they all do? Did you get up to anything other than chores? Did you get outside, socialise a bit, see your friends & family, maybe have a laugh and let off some steam? Did you get some exercise banked? Maybe a bit of cardio, lifting or yoga?

Personally I am looking forward to eating cleaner, a bit more stretching and cardio (road bike, getting out in the hills, filling myself with oxygen and nature) rather than doing any form of weight lifting.

I bought a new pair of adjustable dumbbells — rewarding myself for using my basement weight room by improving it. 😅

I've been making plenty of use of the space, not hasn't been a lot of tidying going on.
Training sounds better than tidying to me 😎
Buying new equipment definitely motivates me on the tidying front to take some new pics.
