What was your win this week?

Personally there were a couple of good sessions I got in this week, I got out on my road bike into the Devonshire hills and also got a few good gym sessions in.

What was your win this week?

A win could be:

  • Enhancing your nutrition
  • A bit of toning and weight loss, or weight gain if needed
  • You managed to get some good headspace
  • Crushing it in the gym
  • Yoga, stretching, loosening up
  • Hitting a Flowstate in anything that you love to do.
