What’s your workout 'gap guilt' threshold?

I can go about 2 days without feeling really guilty about not working out, beyond that it becomes an issue for me.

I need to one of the following to reset myself:

  • I decent outdoor cycle on my road bike.

  • A fairly intensive lifting session.

  • A Les Mills BodyPump class.

Anyone else suffering from the guilt so quickly or am I being way to hard on myself?
