Doesn't matter what you do, or how short it is, a bit of deep breathing meditation, get off your chair, away from your computer and stretch a bit, go for a short jog and get your heart rate up a bit or get a full-on workout in the bag.
You know you'll feel better about yourself and whatever work you are doing when you return.
Today is legs day for me π¬, I'll be doing some Les Mills Body Pump segments just for legs this afternoon, the dog woke me up howling in the night so I have deferred to the afternoon π
