I can't believe that Monday has come back round so quickly since out last Monday Checkin. It is a bank holiday here in the UK, the last one we have now until Christmas.
How are you? How are you feeling about your wellbeing goals for this week? I don't know about you but what I get up to at the weekend really does have an impact on my momentum going in to Monday and the rest of the week. If anyone has any really good relaxation routines or things that they get up to over the weekend, please feel free to share them below.
