I can't believe that Monday has come back round so quickly since out last Monday Checkin. It is a bank holiday here in the UK, the last one we have now until Christmas.
How are you? How are you feeling about your wellbeing goals for this week? I don't know about you but what I get up to at the weekend really does have an impact on my momentum going in to Monday and the rest of the week.
