In the bank today.

In the bank today:

  • 3 rounds, 5 minutes each on the rower.
  • 20 minute Les Mills RPM spinning.
  • 10 minute running warm down.
  • 50 ab rolls
  • 5 minute Les Mills ab track
  • 5 minute stretch.

Didn’t feel like it, but felt way better afterwards, glad I did.
