I love training on Monday’s. Set’s the stage for the rest of the week. Beaming into my home gym today from the LesMills Apple TV app, music pumping, I banked:
Les Mills Body Pump 110 sessions:
- Warm up
- Squats
- Back
Les Mills Body Pump 106 sessions:
- Lunges
- Abs
- Warm down
Later, time permitting it will be 3 x 5 minutes on the rower and stretching / meditation in the evening.
