I did extreme keto for 8 months and this is what happened to me.

.. I had witnessed a guy who wasn't overly muscular doing pull-ups but then managing to get himself above the bar for a dip, all in one go!
Luckily, I have a pullup bar in my home gym:
So I thought I would give it a go.. no chance, not even close, in fact, I thought my eyeballs were going to pop out of my head. I gave up.
Fast forward to yesterday, I noticed that one of my friends had posted a small workout video, low and behold - she was doing the same thing, I asked what they were called and that's when I learned about 'muscle ups'.
I hit up YouTube looking for a tutorial and I came across this:
After being inspired to give this another go, I have set myself a challenge to be able to perform 5+ muscle ups by the end of the year. Clean with good form.

You got it Lee! Love MUs, they're a great combo of technique and strength. They're functional and one of the more common movements you might use in the real world.
Thanks Ron! I won’t lie, not finding these easy at all. Haven’t got up there yet, still building up to consistent string chin ups, I can feel the progress happening though. Just doing a few of these daily makes me feel good
This isn't working out so well atm! Since I posted this I have been feeling under the weather, how typical! Nevermind, always good to listen to the body and rest a bit
