There is this place close to home in Devon called 'The Bakehouse' - I was there Saturday night and really treated myself as last week I hardly touched any simple carbs or sugar.
It's a formula that I try to stick to when I can, good during the week, treats at the weekend.
I am feeling it today though, I can replicate this feeling consistently based on what food I choose to eat.
I woke up today and did about 15 minutes on the new rowing machine I picked up and now have in my 'FlowZone'.
Then a very short 18 minute Les Mills RMP Spin class
It will wear off, the cold shower technique I use helped this morning:
I am finding as I get older, the food I eat is directly linked to the way I feel on a day to day basis but a cheat day is definitely worth it π
