This looks like a modern version of my recenlty bought rower, which is 8 years old, but never used. I got it for 80€ and I think it was one of the better investments :-)

I got mine just three weeks ago.
The last two weeks I used it for twice a week for 15 minutes each just to get the movement / strike correct.
Last Friday I started with a very light intervall training (3 min low, 4 min med, 3 min high, 4min recovery, 3 min low, 4 min high, 3 min med, 5 min recovery, 28 min in total). My plan is to do it twice a week to fill the days between my exercise bike "days" 😂.

Thats a just an Android tablet. No special software, not connected to the rower.
Just some YouTube scenery / training videos with music (not always the best choice 😂).
🤩 - I thought you had it hooked up to the sensor on your seat for a moment! Good idea though for sure.
