Les Mills also have a new fuel reset program that isn't pitched as a diet, just a way to reset your food sources on a more fuel driven pattern in order to generally increase energy levels. I think the program itself is only available to Les Mills on demand subscribers but it seems like a lot of the recipes they use are on YouTube:
