This week I managed to get 2 workouts in! Yay! 2 - 3 is becoming a good balanced for me now.
We are in lockdown in the UK and probably will be for a while yet so things are getting a bit repetitive, even going into my home gym!
This week I managed to bank two body pump sessions through Les Mills on Demand combined with a bit of a warm down, some light bag work and speedball work, stretching, some core work and then finishing with pull ups in order to make some gains towards my muscle up challenge.
I have set myself a new challenge. Muscle Ups!

Which I am beginning to think will be harder than I first thought.
Would love to know if you have managed to get some training in this week and what you did, even if it is mindfulness practices.
