I have way fewer symptoms but I don't think it's massively better. I used to suffer the worst in the offseason when I was squatting 425lbs+ pretty consistently.
These days I don't put as much strain on my arches so I don't have as many symptoms personally but I don't think the issue ever really went away.
Taping really did help though. My trainers taught me how to do it but I got the hang of doing it myself as part of my routine most of my college athletic career.
