I accidentally came across this on YouTube the other day, it's called the 'Bring Sally Up' routine. The whole thing is centred on a simple push up routine to a song that will stick in your head for the rest of your life.
I am curious, so I will be giving it a shot soon - it certainly looks like something you can build up to, and the muscle tension looks awesome.
It has 5.5m views + and the comments all look legit.

The YouTube image give me pause...no one is building that kind of muscle in 30 days...at least not naturally.

I think ‘naturally’ is definitely the word..
Can't say anything about long-term results, but I did this once during college while joining an ROTC buddy who was using them to prep for a physical test. It's brutal lol
