Not a lot to definitively report on. This was more maintenance than progress on my routines and goals.
Maintenance is better than full regression, but I'd say if I don't pick things up and challenge myself more, I could fall into regression.
My goal for the next month is to hit a new high in the lift I'm tracking: Bench press. I did not attempt any heavy lifts in the last month, I just didn't make it to the gym with that sort of mindset.
I have been consistently waking up early and going to bed early — with some small variance in the routine. But good things all around.
Routine and mental health win
I joined a co-working space after years of just working from home. In my personal situation and the state of the pandemic in my area, it seems responsible, and it's been a great new part of my routine.
It is literally next door to the gym I am a part of, so really encourages the right habits all around, and it's just nice to be around people. I think it's also generally good for my eating habits. Working from my house, where my kitchen is only a short walk away, is not good for snacking problems.
I am doing a 5k run in a couple months and am totally not in shape for it. I have no shame in walking, but I'd like to pick up my aerobic fitness for this kind of thing.

I don't know if you've come across it before, but over lockdown I started using these Couch to 5k podcasts from our NHS to start building up my running - I definitely recommend!
Another vote for Couch to 5k!
I joined parkrun in Glasgow for years, which is a weekly 5k meet. Can't guarantee your local route is as gorgeous as Pollok Park but worth checking out if structure, accountability, camaraderie, and getting timed is in your wheelhouse.
I've been meaning to check out the parkrun near me since it started back up - this is a good reminder! Pollok Park is so nice 😠My local park run is at Figgate Park in Edinburgh and it has the most beautiful wildlife (otters! herons!)
I feel like Figgate Park's otters and view of Arthur's Seat might top Pollok Park's highland coos.
I clicked on the link, looks amazing 😻
We have the couch to 5k podcast on here, and a post to go with it 😎

I should have started ‘this snack life’ - I probably will, my life evolves around what I am looking forward to eating.
I know the feeling about being so close to the kitchen. Now that I'm fully remote, it's a little too easy to grab a snack.
I'm trying to drink more water in hopes of squashing my snacking
