Push and Pull Workout Routine?

Hey all,

I have heard a lot of positive things about following a push and pull type workout.

Something like this:

I am thinking of adjusting my generalised workout plan as I want to focus more on consistent muscle growth.

Any feedback?

Our bodies are pretty flexible to approaches so it's all about coming up with a framework that works for our routines and I think push-pull ideas fit really nicely.
