Les Mills On Demand.
I was using it pre-pandemic but in the gym, they ran virtual classes all day, very flexible. When the pandemic kicked in, we started to use it at home. The classes are fantastic, super high quality - Les Mills have been creating this type of content for ages.
I most do the Body Pump classes, 55 mins. I love the music too!
Going to check out soon.
I'm looking for something to track my workouts
you can try the "keep" app
what does this app do?
The variation on Les Mills On Demand is also another thing I really like, there is also nutritional programs with live cooking shows.
I use Strong to track my lifts. It's nice and flexible so you can use it for just about any lifting routine you want. The rest timers and plate calculators (sometimes I just can't do math) are nice as well.
Only catch that might exist is that I got it a while back when it was a one-time purchase and am grandfathered in. I'm not sure if it's only subscription based now or if you have the option to purchase it as a one-time license.
Woah I like this! Downloading.... I am beginning to prep for more lifting sessions in my gym as most of what I do is a 5 min Les Mills track which focuses on an area of the body taking it to fatigue through as many reps as possible. Looking forward to lifting again, especially as I am getting older, there are many health benefits to lifting like an increase in bone density right?
Not a fitness app per se, but Meditation Helper is a great Android app that allows you to time and track meditation sittings! 🧘🏻♀️
Ooooh I will checkout that out for sure!
